I absolutely love that saying! I need to implement it more into my life. Sometimes things get so complicated and it is nice to take a step back and simplify. I decided to start by creating a *simple* card using two of my favorite stamp sets from The Saltbox Studio; "Candle Glow" and "Deck the House companion". I chose one of my favorite Amuse notecard patterns and went from there. Green is one of my favorite colors, so I use it often in my designs. I colored the image using an assortment of copic and prismacolor markers. I decided to add a little interest by using my color spritzer on the focal image. When I get in the mood to use that thing I don't seem to put it down! LOL! Oh, and by the way, I have really enjoyed reading all of your comments on what your favorite tools are. I am agreeing wholeheartedly. Keep the comments coming, because I am not drawing a number until Tuesday!

This card is soooooo pretty!!! I am going to have to give the spritzing a try.
Oh this card is so beautiful and sweet. Gorgeous coloring. Love the spritzing. I have had a spritzer now for some time and have NEVER used it. What a wonderful effect it gives. Thanks for the inspiration, Kelly!
I love the card, especially the little mouse tucked in there. : )
Is there a way to use gold or silver markers with the spritzer? The other day I ended up with gold & silver paint on my wall and blinds from using an old toothbrush. I need a better method. lol
