Pinkfresh Studio December 2020 Stencil and Die Release Blog Hop

It's the best time of the month! It's the Pinkfresh Studio December 2020 Stencil and Die Release Blog Hop! I've got two projects to share with you today using many of the new release products; one Christmas and one for everyday! The hop list will be at the bottom of today's post, so make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom. As always, there are some fun giveaways! The entire release will go to one winner on the Pinkfresh Studio Blog, Instagram account and You Tube, so make sure to leave comments there. Also, leave a comment here, and on every stop on the hop to increase your chances of winning a $25 gift certificate to the Pinkfresh Studio shop!
There's also another fun promo going on that you'll want to take advantage of if you're still building your ink collection! I love the Pinkfresh Studio inks...so many fun colors! You can see all of the ink pads HERE. Just a reminder...it is only on the FULL SIZE ink pads!

And now, on to the projects! Up first is a sweet Christmas designs using a few of the new products paired with a few older ones as well! I love mixing and matching all of my supplies to get new and fun results! To begin, I used the FABULOUS new Diamond Plaid Stencil inked in Ballet Slippers and Coral Reef inks! I love the two toned look that you can achieve with this two step stencil! I also used the new Overlapping Leafy Wreath which is a four step stencil to get the different colored wreath!

I added the fun new Essentials: Stitched Scalloped Rectangles that were released last month. I used the slimline version last month, so I was excited to use the smaller version on this card! I split it apart and only used the inward facing scallops for a different look.

It's no secret how much I love using the different alphabets on my card designs! I die cut the J, and Y from the Heather Uppercase die set out of glitter cardstock and added a Layered Snowflake to use in place of the letter O.

I heat embossed the sentiment in black onto a strip of vellum and then wrapped it around the entire focal image and secured it in the back with adhesive. I added a bow and some jewels to finish off this festive design!

My second card for today uses the new Garden Florals Layered Stencil and Garden Florals die. I die cut the paper first and then used the different stencils to create this floral bouquet.

I had a lot of fun creating this background as well, using the new Simple Plaid Stencil. This time I used Ocean Breeze and Mermaid Cove inks to achieve this two-tone design.  I also used the outer portion of the Essentials: Stitched Scalloped Rectangles for this card. It created the perfect frame to add the flowers.

I heat embossed the "Love you my friend" sentiment, which is from the You are my Favorite stamp set, and then die cut it using the useful Essentials: Basic Label Frames. I added it over the top of the flowers using foam squares.

I also added a bow  using hot glue underneath the sentiment. The ink splatter gives the card a bit more detail and definition.

I had so much fun creating with these new products! Don't forget to head to the other designers' blogs to see how they've used these new products! Thanks for fluttering by!

Hi, Kelly - When I first saw the Xmas card, I sort of gave a little gasp. I love the way you blended red and green. Then I noticed the rest of the card, the "o" in "joy" being represented by a snowflake, the argyle (or lattice) pattern of the background, the scalloped frame, and the sparkly element. It's just gorgeous. I also like the "my friend" card, but that Xmas one kind of took me over the edge. Your work is tremendous! Thanks for sharing. Holiday blessings to you and your family.
