As much as I wanted to use more rainbows, I decided to use some of the new images pulled from a few different sets to create something fun for my mom for Mother's Day! My MIL recently passed away, so I've been struggling with venturing into the Mother's Day card realm, but I needed one for my mom, so I got to work!
I stamped the flowers using black ink and then colored them with an assortment of alcohol markers and die cut them with the Cake and Champagne Confetti Cuts. The "mom" word, which is from the Mom and Dad Word Duos Confetti Cuts, is die cut three times and glued together with liquid glue. The circle that I used for the focal image is from the new Square Circle Frame Confetti Cuts. I die cut it twice; once from white cardstock and once from the polka dot paper. As you can tell, I really like things to be sturdy! LOL! The sentiment is from the new So Many Sentiments and is heat embossed in white. I thought this particular sentiment was perfect with the scene I was creating!
I honestly don't know how I've lived without the Stitched Note and Frames Confetti Cuts for so long! I seem to use them on everything lately! Sorry, not sorry! LOL! They just set the stage for so many cute layouts! The Sweet Stripes paper is adhered to an A2 top folding card. I added the frame using foam squares and then got to work building my scene using lots more foams squares for dimension. I added a few sparkling clear sequins for some added shine. Thanks for fluttering by!
P.S. My rainbow cards were fan favorites from this release! Thank you so much for all of the love!
This one uses the same supplies except I opted to use the previously released, but always adorable, Stitched Rays Cover Panel. I did some ink blending; beginning in the center of the circle and working my way out for a soft look.

As I sat analyzing different ways to use the new sets, the stand-alone umbrella from the new Rainy Day Fun stamp set caught my attention. I thought it would look super cute with some blooms spilling out of it and the bouquets from Cake and Champagne were the perfect size and shape! I stamped the umbrella twice; once onto a piece of white cardstock and once again onto a piece of the new Sweet Stripes 6 by 6 pattern paper pad. I fussy cut the striped piece and adhered it to the one stamped onto white cardstock using liquid glue. Once that was done, I die cut it using the Rainy Day Fun Confetti Cuts and set it aside. The boots were made using the same steps, but I used the Darling Dots pattern paper instead. I also added a coating of Nuvo Crystal Glaze over the top of the boots to make them look like rain boots.

This card uses the new Split Circles Cover Panel layered onto a white card base. I used the new Over The Rainbow Confetti Cuts paired with the new So Many Sentiments for an easy, but dynamic design!

The sentiment is also from the new So Many Sentiments, but stamped onto white for a soft look as well!
