Countdown to Confetti-Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the Countdown to Confetti sneak peeks! Each day the Confetti Crew and 'Fetti Friends are introducing new products that will be released at Reverse Confetti on March 8th. Win a $15 gift certificate for leaving comments along the way and an additional $15 gift certificate to one lucky person who leaves a comment at the Reverse Confetti Face Book page.

Today's sneak peek features the new set called "Tall Blooms". There is a generous mix of flowers and greens so you can mix and match to create a beautiful arrangement. I decided to utilize the curvature of each stem and created a floral/greenery wreath as the focal point for my card!

I colored the flowers and leaves using Copic Markers and then used the coordinating "Tall Blooms" Confetti Cuts to die cut them. I cut a circle of the one of the new papers from the "Fun Times" paper pad to use as a guide as I built my wreath. Once it was all put together, I layered it onto another piece of patter paper from the same pad. I just love how versatile this particular pad is...it is super fun and bright, but works nicely for this classic floral card as well.

The sentiment is heat embossed in gold onto a strip of Midnight cardstock. The entire focal piece is adhered onto an A2 Midnight card base. I spritzed the entire piece heavily with Shimmer Spray, so you can see flecks of it on the black cardstock. It looks so pretty in real life!

I added a few sequins for some added shine! Thanks for fluttering by and join me tomorrow for Day 3 of sneak peeks!
