I colored the image with a combo of Copic and Prismacolor markers. I really need to buy a few more colors so that I can blend better, but I think it turned out okay. Of course I had to add a little liquid applique to the coat trim and hats. I really liked how the glitter stuck to the puffed applique for a frosty, vintage feel.
I punched the snowflakes using my Martha Stewart punch, added some adhesive pearls and popped them up with foam squares. I added a few other little details for interest and called it good. I am actually supposed to be at my Church's "Super Saturday" craft activity in 6 minutes, so I better dash!

ReplyDeleteKelly,
ReplyDeleteYour love of this set spilled over to me. I bought it off of ebay (I would have bought it from SU but it was offered before I got into stamping) I have had it for a couple of years. Like you, I will never part with it. Thank you for your inspiring creations.
PS Ariana is my daughter's name. I am Jennifer.
I love this set, too! Your cards are just so sweet. I think I'm inspired to get my set out now and play. Thanks for the inspiration!
